The company was established in 1995 .It has modern production workshop of 50,000 square meters; the company has a strong technological power. All the machines are imported from Japan, and we have imported 6 high quality FUJL printing lines from Japan which has a highest level in the world. 5 automatic production lines for round tin and more than 20 production lines for square tin and abnormal tin.

    The major products in our company are round tin, square tin and abnormal decorative tins. It can be classified as following:

    Food tin items (chicken power tin, milk powder tin, coffee tin, moon cake tin, chocolate tin, tea tin, biscuit tin, wine tin and cigarettes tin etc.)

    Gift tin items (watch tin, music tin, pencil tin ,CD tin box, DVD tin box, glasses box etc.)

chemical tin items (dope tin ,spray tin etc.)

    Nowadays we have already produced 700 different spec items. And we can print tinplate more than 40,000 ton for a year. The production capacity of round tin will reached 40 millions sets for a year, and 30 millions sets of square and abnormity tin per year.

    The company has a batch of senior technological personnel and managers. And It has a strict work procedure and owns two mould workshops, We also can develop and design this tin box for customers based on customer’s request.

    In order to keep the advantage, assure the quality, completely control the whole production process, we set up the quality assurance system according to ISO 9002, from the product’s design, material saucing, storage, sale to service after sale, each process runs according to the ISO system, all the control behavior has documentation record, and all the production process is supervised strictly as this system
